I needed to celebrate a milestone and what better restaurant to do this at than Circa. Circa is the epitome of exceptional service, ambience and of course the highest quality of food. Before heading into the restaurant, we had a few drinks in the courtyard.

I'm salivating as I write this up, thinking about when I first picked up the best sandwich I have ever eaten and how the first bite tasted, magical!!  It was my second visit to Chez Dre and it confirmed to me why this café is one of the most popular places in Melbourne and it definitely deserves eve

Cold wintery days calls for hot soups and as much as I love Pho soup from time to time I do enjoy a piping bowl of Ramen noodles.  The best Ramen I've had is at Momotaro Rahmen in Richmond.  They have been here a long time and it is always consistently busy.

I don't often venture into the city for breakfast and by off chance I was in there on a Friday morning and I knew exactly where I wanted to go.  Down a cobbled lane way, I walked eagerly to Hardware Societe.  There were some tables lined up at the front, but I chose to sit in the warmth of the cafe.

My lovely friend took me to Le Petit Prince the other morning, a cute café just off High St Armadale.  The waiters are all young guys that are so friendly and really make you feel welcome.

The space inside isn't huge, quite cosy with a large table in the front.

Top Paddock is the newest café in the Richmond area and since it has opened people have been flocking from all over the place to see if it lives up to it's other sister cafes - Two Birds One Stone & Three Bags Full.

Orita's is situated in the heart of the Toorak Village and I remember being taken there years ago for my b'day. I had a housewarming party in the area so decided to eat there to line my stomach before heading over there.

It was a miserable Saturday morning, the wind had a chill in it, the sky was grey and it was drizzling.. My friend and I were on the hunt for a good porridge and I remember reading a piece on the homemade porridges at Leroy Espresso in St Kilda.

It was a cold wintery weeknight when I went to Dandelion in Elwood.  It's a restaurant that I have been wanting to go since Geoff Lindsay opened it as I was a fan of Pearl restaurant,  We had an early booking and we were the first ones in the restaurant and were seated by the glass.

Saigon Sally the newest Vietnamese place in Windsor to open on the back of the success of it's older sister Hanoi Hannah.  I don't rate Hanoi Hannah, I felt that it is overpriced Street Vietnamese food that you can get for half the price down Victoria St in Richmond.
